Are you licensed to fly commercially?
Yes. Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification, and we secure the required airspace authorizations before every flight, including in controlled airspace around T.F. Green and other airports.
Where do you work?
We're based in Warwick, Rhode Island and regularly cover the whole state along with neighbouring Massachusetts and Connecticut. Travel further into New England is available by request.
How far in advance should I book?
For listings and site documentation, a week or two of notice is usually plenty. Weddings, events and larger productions benefit from earlier planning so we can secure the date and scout the location.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Drones can't fly safely in rain or high wind. We monitor conditions ahead of every shoot and work with you to move to the next suitable window if the forecast turns.
Can you shoot both aerial and ground content?
That's the whole idea behind Altura Media Company. One team captures aerial imaging, photography and video in one visit, so everything arrives in a consistent style.
How will I receive my files?
Through a private online gallery with downloads sized for MLS, web, social and print. Raw source files are available as an add-on for teams with their own edit pipeline.
Do you offer ongoing content packages?
Yes. Monthly retainers cover recurring capture and editing so your social channels and website stay fresh without you chasing content every week.
